Products & Sizing



We have a size guide on each individual product as well as our models measurements and size. Any product specific fit notes (e.g. Slim fit, runs large) will be listed on the product detail page.

We are more than happy to help you with an exchange. This process is entirely FREE for all customers. In order to complete your exchange please complete the form located here.





Returns & Refunds



We offer FREE returns and exchanges on all orders. If you would like to return something from a recent order please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for the full process.

Your refund will be processed by our customer care team within one business day of your items being recieved into our warehouse. If for some reason your items do not meet our return standards, we will be in touch to discuss your options.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the money to return to your account. If at any time throughout this process you have concerns, please contact our customer care team.

All our returns labels are Australia Post Pre-Paid Express. Once you have dropped it in your local post box it will take between 1-2 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once recieved we will process your refund within 1 business day.

Absolutley. All orders are eligable for full refunds or exchanges. Please note, you will always be refunded the amount you paid for an item as per your invoice.

Shopping In-Store



You can come and visit us at any of our three stores. We have our flagship store at Pacific Fair Shopping centre on the Gold Coast, store at Gasworks Plaza in Newstead and a Pop Up show in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney CBD. Our Sydney pop up will close at the end of January 2019.

If you've lost your store recipt you may be able to obtain a copy by submitting an enquiry to our customer care team with the following details:

  • Date of purchase;
  • Approximate time of purchase;
  • Total purchase value;
  • Tender type (e.g. Credit Card, Cash, etc.); and
  • Store purchase location We will do our best to find this for you and supply a copy. .





  • My Account



    If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you can’t remember your password click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
  • If after this you still can’t sign in, get in touch with our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.
  • To update any of your personal information such as email address, postage address or contact number, simple log into My Account > Settings.

    From here you can update your email preferences, general information, credit card details and passwords.

    No worries. Just head to the My Account page and hit 'Forgot Password?' You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password. .
