SHIPPING & RETURNS



We offer free express shipping on all orders over $50 with free returns and exchanges for 30 days on all purchases online or in-store.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We want your package to get to you as soon as possible, so every package that leaves our warehouse will be shipped via Express Post with Australia Post.

You order will be dispatched from our warehouse within one business day and should be with you within 2 business days.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on a solution for international shipping that will be ready by mid-October.



RETURNS POLICY

We all change our minds, or sometimes that product doesn’t fit like you thought. We get it. We just ask that it’s within 30 days of purchase, you have your receipt, all product tags are still attached, that the garment has not be worn and is in its original condition.

With all this we are happy to process a refund or exchange for full priced and reduced priced merchandise. Any refunds must be applied to the same card that was used for purchase. We do not offer cash refunds for credit or debit card purchases.

You can return any SQD items either online or in-store no matter where you made your purchase.

How to lodge a return in-store?

Pop in to any of our stores with your receipt (or if you are a member we can find this using your email address) and our friendly staff can help you out.



How to lodge a return online?

  1. Log into your account using the email address and password you used when ordering
  2. If you did not set up an account, enter your email address and hit ‘Forgot Password’. An email will them be sent to you with instructions on how to log in with a new password.
  3. Once you have logged into your account, go to the ‘My Orders page’. Click the order you are wishing to return and select the items and reasons you would like to return.
  4. We will then send you a prepaid return label and you just need to print it out, pop the items you want to return into a bag and pop it in a post box.
  5. Once we receive your items, we will process your refund or exchange within two business days.



FAULTY ITEMS

We pride ourselves on creating high quality clothing and accessories. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us so we can exchange it for you.
