We offer free express shipping on all orders over $50 with free returns and exchanges for 30 days on all purchases online or in-store. You must produce a proof of purchase for all refunds, returns and exchanges.


We want your package to get to you as soon as possible, so every package that leaves our warehouse will be shipped via Express Post with Australia Post.

You order will be dispatched from our warehouse within one business day and should be with you within 2 business days after that. Please note orders are not dispatched from our warehouse over the weekends.


We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $10.


We all change our minds, or sometimes that product doesn’t fit like you thought. We get it. We just ask that it’s within 30 days of purchase, you have your receipt, all product tags are still attached, that the garment has not be worn and is in its original condition.

With all this we are happy to process a refund or exchange for full priced and reduced priced merchandise. Any refunds must be applied to the same card that was used for purchase. We do not offer cash refunds for credit or debit card purchases.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on accessories (socks, underwear, hats, gym towels and water bottles) unless the product is faulty.

You can return any SQD items either online or in-store no matter where you made your purchase.

How to lodge a return in-store?

Pop in to any of our stores with your receipt (or if you are have an account with us we can find this using your email address) and our friendly staff can help you out.

How to lodge a return online?

  1. Email our customer service team at with the details of the products you would like to return or exchange and your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
  2. Our customer service team will then email you a prepaid return label that you will need to print out
  3. You then need to pop the items you wish to return back into the SQD satchel (or any other sturdy plastic bag), tape it up and pop the return label on the front
  4. Then you can just throw it in any post box or drop it off at your local post office and it will find its way back to us!
  5. Once we receive your return at our warehouse we will automatically refund your funds back onto the card you made the purchase on.
  6. If you have requested an exchange we will ship the new products out to you via express post.
