All SQD orders are sent Standard Australia Post shipping and are due to arrive within 5-10 days of your order in our store. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 with a $9.95 shipping fee on all orders under $50.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We all change our minds, or sometimes that product doesn’t fit like you thought. We get it. We just ask that it’s within 30 days of purchase, you have your receipt, all product tags are still attached, that the garment has not be worn and is in its original condition. With all this we are happy offer exchange for full priced and reduced priced merchandise.
Unfortunately exchanges on accessories (socks, underwear, hats, gym towels and water bottles) unless the product is faulty.
How to lodge an exchange online?
- Email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the products you would like to exchange and your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Our customer service team will then email you a prepaid return label that you will need to print out
- You then need to pop the items you wish to return back into the SQD satchel (or any other sturdy plastic bag), tape it up and pop the return label on the front
- Then you can just throw it in any post box or drop it off at your local post office and it will find its way back to us!
- Once we receive your return at our warehouse we will ship the new products out to you via express post.
