Run up Jarndunmunha (‘Mt Nameless’)

Run up Jarndunmunha (‘Mt Nameless’)

Trying to keep fit in the Ashburton region of the Pilbara, Western Australia
Long drives, followed by roadhouse lunches aren’t too good for the body. Neither is sitting behind a desk, and sometimes there’s just no escaping it. But with a pair of runners now firmly on my packing list wherever I go, I’ve found that rural Western Australia has some interesting back roads to run. The trick is in the timing. There is about an hour at the end of each day when there’s just enough light to see but not enough for the flies to be at me. That's the time to go.
